Ember Forge — The Forge Oath

Last updated: June 2025

At the Ember Forge, every commitment is made in fire and meant to last. This is the forge oath on privacy: we collect nothing personal, we forge no profile of you, and we trade no data about your visit.

What the fire consumes

The fire consumes no personal data from your session. No craftsperson's identity, no commission history, no device signature enters our furnace. You forge and you leave, leaving only the completed work.

Furnace readings (server logs)

Like a furnace operator's temperature log, our servers may automatically record: browser type, device class, and an anonymised IP fragment. These readings confirm the forge is lit and safe. They record no individual operator.

No eavesdropping bellows

The Ember Forge pumps no advertising bellows, no behavioural analytics air, and no third-party surveillance into the workshop. The fire is honest.

The inscription supplier (Google Fonts)

Our typefaces are inscribed by Google Fonts. Your browser's request to Google may include your IP. Their oath covers what they do with that mark.

Young craftspeople

Ember Forge is an ambitious but family-safe game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age restrictions. Every apprentice is welcome at the fire. We collect nothing from any player.

Oath renewal

Should our forge practices change, this oath will be re-sworn and redated. Continued forging after any change signals acceptance.
